Trey Hodge

Mr. Hodge has over 25 years of experience in retail leasing, investment property sales, and shopping center development. He has completed transactions with Albertson’s, Ross Dress for Less, Home Depot, PetSmart, Burlington Stores, Burkes Outlet, Home Zone Furniture, Sears Outlet, Movie Tavern, and Alamo Drafthouse along with numerous other national, regional and local tenants. On a daily basis, Mr. Hodge is responsible for coordinating the redevelopment of RPI owned centers, acquisitions/ dispositions of RPI owned centers, and anchor tenant leasing. During his tenure with RPI, Mr. Hodge has directed the renovation of nine RPI centers most recently overseeing a major renovation of Creekside Shopping Center located at Skillman and Abrams in Dallas. ​ Mr. Hodge graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a BA in Business Communications. He is a member of ICSC, and has held a Texas Real Estate Brokers License since 1998.
