Bio
Trevor Fase, Senior Managing Director, is responsible for the origination of multifamily loans through the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac lending platforms, with a primary emphasis on the Western region of the country.
Over the past 19 years, he has originated over $8 billion in real estate financing. Mr. Fase has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate and is one of the industry’s top originators of multifamily loans on the West Coast. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Fase held the position of senior vice president at CWCapital LLC, where he originated agency loans out of the firm’s Los Angeles office. Previously, Mr. Fase served as vice president for PNC ARCS, where he was ranked a top producer every year of his tenure. Mr. Fase has extensive experience in multifamily and commercial conduit underwriting as well as multifamily originations.
Mr. Fase holds a Bachelor of Science in real estate finance from California State University, Northridge.
