Mr. Breaux is an Executive Vice President in CBRE’s Newport Beach Office, specializing in multifamily loan originations. He began his professional real estate career in 2007 as an analyst at CBRE Melody (predecessor to CBRE | Debt & Structured Finance) in Newport Beach, California working alongside Troy Tegeler and Bethany Bailey. In 2014, Trevor was elevated to the CBRE Multifamily production team, responsible for sourcing aggressive capital and delivering tailored financing solutions for clients.

Along with his partners, Troy Tegeler and Bethany Bailey, the team completed 104 transactions in 2018, for a total of $3.16 Billion, with an average deal size of $30.36 Million. Since joining the production team in 2014, Trevor and the team have been responsible for the origination of $13.04 billion across 490 transactions, totaling 132,000 multifamily units. 

Specializing in multifamily loan originations across the country, the team earned the title of CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance National Top Overall Multifamily Production Team of the Year from 2012-2015, #1 Freddie Mac originator for CBRE’s Western Region in 2007, 2012, 2015, and 2016; and #1 FNMA originator for CBRE in 2017 and 2018. The team’s extensive experience and unrivaled work ethic has designated them as #1 in Multifamily originations at CBRE to-date since 2004. The team currently holds the record for the largest Multifamily Origination in CBRE History, executing a portfolio finance in 2016 comprising of 49 properties across the country, for a total of $1.651 Billion.
