Tres and his Los Angeles-based Team specialize in delivering strategic business solutions to tenants with complex, multi-market real estate portfolios.  Backed by CBRE's comprehensive real estate services platform and local market expertise around the world, the Team advises major corporations in site selection, lease negotiations, renewals and relocations, sale/leasebacks, build-to-suits and efficient space utilization for industrial, office and retail properties.
