As Logistics & Industrial Lead, Americas, Tray Anderson provides strategic vision and leadership for the firm’s 840+ industrial brokerage professionals and eight industrial advisory groups in the United States, Canada, Mexico and South America. He is responsible for the integration and collaboration of Logistics & Industrial Services with Cushman & Wakefield’s other service lines, such as Global Occupier Services (GOS), Global Consulting, and Capital Markets. Leveraging his expertise in transportation, supply chain modeling, third-party logistics, real estate, and distribution operations, Tray leads Cushman & Wakefield’s Logistics & Industrial Services platform in helping clients recognize the benefits of an integrated, properly-executed real estate and supply chain strategy. Over his 20+ year career, Tray has worked in supply chain, logistics, and real estate, including experience on the client side in roles with Menlo Logistics and The Home Depot. While at The Home Depot, he worked with i2 to co-develop truckload and less-than-truckload bid software and was responsible for transportation operations for the Central U.S. He spent 8 years at real estate firm, Newmark Knight Frank, as part of the Corporate Real Estate Integration practice. Most recently, Tray served as the VP of Global Strategy at global logistics firm, Fortna, where he led the supply chain strategy practice.
