Tracy Peck

Tracy Peck is Executive Vice President, Head of Property Management for BNE Real Estate Group. Tracy has over 20 years of experience within the industry. Tracy is a key contributor to the success of the on-site operations team. His experience also includes pre-construction review and lease up to stabilization phases of new developments in the New Jersey urban and suburban markets. Tracy is also responsible for pre-construction design review, pre-and post-development market research, proforma budgets, rent schedules, on-site operations team assembly and management, collaborative marketing efforts, and an intermediary between the development and management teams.Tracy has had the distinguished opportunity to work within the New Jersey, Boston, Virginia and New York markets. He was a past member of the Boston RHA Board of Directors for 6 years. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from SUNY College at Cortland and resides in West New York, NJ.
