Profile
Tracy Forsling is the newest Sales Associate to join the retail brokerage team. Tracy has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience. In 2014, she left the marketing world to pursue a career in real estate project and property management. During this time, she oversaw over $14M in renovations for the historic Felt and Clift buildings on Downtown Main Street.
A native of Salt Lake City, Tracy prides herself on being a Salt Lake City expert – from receiving her education in political science from the University of Utah and recently receiving her MBA from Weber State University to interning at the State Capitol, was the Executive Director of Utah Common Values and ran for office for a state-wide position.
As Cushman & Wakefield's unofficial "historian" of Salt Lake City, Tracy will no doubt take that valuable perspective and her proven experience in relationship building and client relations to further strengthen the esteemed retail team.
