Tracey joined the Capital Markets team at KBC in 2020. She represents buyers and sellers in the acquisition, disposition, capitalization and financing of industrial net leased assets nationwide. Tracey has been involved in over $4 billion of investment sales, forward sales, equity placement and joint venture deals, primarily focusing on e-commerce logistics facilities.

Prior to KBC, Tracey spent seven years at HFF (acquired by JLL), where she completed $3 billion of office and industrial sale transactions. Tracey started her career at CBRE in 2008.

Born and raised in Honolulu, Tracey attended the University of Southern California for her undergraduate education and earned her MBA at Yale School of Management.
