Tony specializes in the sales and leasing of industrial properties, land sales and development of new industrial
facilities. Tony has over 20 years in commercial real estate. Having represented many Fortune 500 Corporations, as
well as private investors and institutional clients, Tony has the entrepreneurial drive and comprehensive knowledge
needed to negotiate innovative lease and sale transactions. These qualities have led him to be a consistent winner
of the Hampton Roads Realtors Association Million-Dollar award for sales and leasing achievements. His
background, which included ownership of a successful communications corporation, provides him the drive to work
with developers and contractors on new industrial projects.
