Bio

Tony Swann is a First Vice President with CBRE Investment Properties. Specifically, he is dedicated to providing sophisticated asset disposition services to both institutional and non-institutional owners to include high net-worth individuals, trusts, local entrepreneurs and syndicates, as well as corporate and institutional owners with non-core assets in their portfolios. His previous experience includes the representation of investors and users in site selections and the negotiation of leases, subleases, relocations and space consolidations. Overall, Mr. Swann has completed in excess of $1 billion of leasing and sales transactions, which has historically ranked him among the city's Top Overall Producers.

Mr. Swann has more than 24 years of commercial real estate experience, most recently with Insignia/ESG, prior to that firm's merger with CBRE. Before joining Insignia/ESG, he was a Partner with Lavista Associates, Inc., where he specialized in all aspects of office brokerage including tenant representation, landlord leasing services and asset management, along with the acquisition and disposition of investor real estate and corporate facilities.

His real estate experience has afforded him the opportunity to represent various national banking institutions, pension funds, REITs, insurance companies, local investors and corporations in the leasing and sale of office properties.

A native Atlantan, Mr. Swann is married with two children. Mr. Swann is licensed in the states of Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina, Tennessee and Mississippi.
