Tony Russo

Tony Russo is a Senior Vice President with CBRE specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial and data center properties throughout Northern Virginia. Additionally, Mr. Russo focuses on land sales and build-to-suit transactions within the Region.

Mr. Russo utilizes his comprehensive market knowledge and expertise throughout Northern Virginia to successfully represent both landlord and tenants in the market.

Since joining CBRE and beginning his career in commercial real estate, Mr. Russo has helped build the CBRE Northern Virginia Industrial team to be one of the most prominent industrial leasing and sales teams in Northern Virginia. Currently, the team represents over 8 million square feet of commercial properties. Tony continually strives to surround himself with the best people in the industry and it is reflected within his client list of top institutional companies.

Mr. Russo concentrates primarily on Loudoun, Fairfax, Prince William, I-81 and I-95 industrial markets. Mr. Russo's top priority is service and to always put the client first.
