Tony Juliano

Tony Juliano is Chief Operating Officer located in the Philadelphia, PA office and oversees JLL Philadelphia's revenue-producing service lines (Leasing, Capital Markets, Property Management, and Project Management) and business service support units (Human Resources, Finance, Research, and Marketing).

He is responsible for establishing and managing financial, operational, and strategic objectives for the market, along with driving business development and recruitment across all service lines. He has over 9 years of commercial real estate experience in Transaction Advisory, Finance, Business Development, and Operations.

Tony Juliano joined JLL in 2010 as a Senior Analyst in the Corporate Solutions group. He served on the Ally Financial account for three years, leading or assisting on over 80 real estate transactions within Ally's portfolio domestically and internationally. He focused primarily in leasing transactions, both from an acquisition and disposition perspective. Tony led transactions in the US, Canada, UK, China, Germany, Portugal, Brazil, Australia, and Chile.

Tony Juliano earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Villanova University. He returned to Villanova two years later and earned his Masters of Business Administration, with a Finance concentration. Tony is a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
