Bio

Tony Hobson is passionate about family. Whether he is at home or with his North American Properties work family, Tony invests time in building relationships. As a partner at NAP, Tony’s primary focus is the development and management of NAP’s multifamily properties in the Greater Cincinnati area. Tony’s love for Cincinnati is evident in his work in revitalizing the urban core and creating impactful communities. NAP’s efforts to develop multifamily communities are captured by one simple phrase: Love where you live. With over 30 years of experience in real estate development and property management, Tony brings to the team expertise in both real estate law and architectural engineering. Prior to joining NAP in 1988, Tony worked as an associate at the Cincinnati-based law firm of Frost Jacobs, where he specialized in commercial real estate transactions including zoning and regulatory law, construction law, and title insurance. Tony graduated with a B.S. in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado in 1978, and received his law degree from the University of Virginia in 1982. When he is not working, Tony can be found spending time with his family and giving back to the Cincinnati community. Tony is involved with the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Cincinnati and The Children’s Home. With both organizations, he helps create lasting results that strengthen families and the community by guiding children through comprehensive education, behavioral, and health services.
