Mr. Ecker is focused on the day-to-day asset management of assets across MAC’s portfolio. Mr. Ecker’s areas of expertise include creating value through strategic planning, operating expense control, repositioning assets, leasing, capital improvement projects, and innovative marketing programs.

Prior to joining MAC, Mr. Ecker was a Senior Director at CBRE Global Investors where he was responsible for the performance of a mixed portfolio of institutional quality assets. During his tenure, he successfully leased and managed assets totaling 17+ million square feet and valued at over $2.5 billion. Mr. Ecker has nationwide experience with office, industrial, and retail properties.

Mr. Ecker earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Southern California. He is a past Chairman and active member of BOMA- Greater Los Angeles. He currently holds his California Real Estate Salesperson license.
