Bio

As President of the North Region, Tony provides strategic vision in the selection of projects that best align with Ryan’s expertise and future goals, while leading and directing the development, design, construction, real estate management and capital markets teams across his region. He also develops key relationships with clients, partners and market players, presenting solutions for their challenges. Tony’s 25 years of experience include 15 years at Ryan in development and leadership positions where he’s played an integral role in dozens of office, retail, hospitality and multifamily projects with a total development value of more than $2B—including leading the Highland Bridge Development in Saint Paul, Ryan’s largest development to-date. He brings expertise in entitlement negotiations, land acquisition and urban redevelopment, with a clear understanding of market trends and the ability to implement win-win solutions. Tony has set himself apart in his work to coordinate complicated projects.
