Bio
Tom is a Senior Managing Director and co-head of the Pacific Northwest offices of JLL Capital Markets, Americas, in Portland and Seattle. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, including debt and equity financing. His primary focus is on permanent, bridge and construction financing, as well as equity placement for multiple property types.
In the past three years, Tom has been involved in more than $2.6 billion in real estate transactions.
