He is also active in the community serving as a Ice Hockey Club Coach at Langley High School from 2006-2014 and as a NOVA CoolCats Special Hockey Mentor.

Mr. Thomas received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Delaware Lerner College of Business and Economics in 2006.
