Tom Walsh is a Director in the Tysons Corner, VA office. Mr. Walsh is focused on providing superior presentations, marketing strategies and energetic execution to investor clients.

 

Involved in commercial real estate since the age of 19, Mr. Walsh has a wide range of commercial real estate experience, including:

 

Investor leasing

 

Investor sales

 

Facility acquisition

 

Facility disposition

 

Termination negotiations

 

GSA transactions

 

Mr. Thomas's specialities include: Facility acquisition (including purchases, leases and subleases); facility disposition (including sales, leasing and subleasing); lease renewals; lease review and real estate consulting and he is a licensed real estate salesperson in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia. He is also active in the community serving as a Ice Hockey Club Coach at Langley High School from 2006-2014 and as a NOVA CoolCats Special Hockey Mentor.

 

Mr. Thomas received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Delaware Lerner College of Business and Economics in 2006.
