Tom joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2018 as an Executive Director based out of the firm's global headquarters office in downtown Chicago, Illinois. As part of the firm's national capital markets practice, Tom and his team represent both institutional and private clients in the disposition and recapitalization of office assets throughout Chicago and greater Midwest region.

Throughout his career, Mr. Sitz has been involved in successful investment real estate transactions across Chicago and the broader Midwest with a combined transactional volume in excess of $8 billion and covering more than 50 million square feet of product. Mr. Sitz and his team's transactional expertise ranges from trophy high-rise office towers to boutique creative office buildings as well as the full spectrum of suburban and secondary Midwest market transactions.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Tom was with CBRE's Capital Markets – Institutional Properties group where he and his team specialized in the representation of institutional clients in the sale and recapitalization of office investment real estate throughout the Chicago area and broader Midwest region. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Sitz was an associate with Grubb & Ellis (now known as Newmark Grubb Knight Frank) in the firm's Institutional Capital Markets Group. Prior to Grubb & Ellis, Mr. Sitz was an analyst with Ravine Park Partners, a private commercial real estate investment firm based in Chicago.
