Tom Saletta is the Founder and Designated Managing Broker of Saletta Commercial Realty LLC. For thirty-one years, Tom has had extensive commercial leasing, marketing and development experience in both the Chicago downtown and suburban submarkets as well as other markets outside of Illinois.

Prior to starting Saletta Commercial Realty LLC, Tom was a Principal and 15-year veteran with Fifield Companies, a national development company headquartered in Chicago. At Fifield, Tom was involved in the development, acquisition and leasing of several existing and new office buildings in Chicago and Washington, DC.

Tom has negotiated the anchor tenant leases for new ground-up office developments for high profile companies including CDW, USG Corporation, Quaker Oats Company (PepsiCo), GTSI, Information Resources, AT&T Broadband Internet Services (Comcast) and Zurich American Insurance. Over his career, Tom has negotiated several hundred successful lease transactions valued at approximately $1.3 billion dollars. Additionally, Tom has been the Property Leasing and Marketing Representative on 29 office buildings in the Chicago market totaling over 10.9 million square feet.

Tom graduated from Indiana University in 1985 with a BA in Political Science. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, he was trained in sales and marketing at Procter & Gamble where he worked for 3 years in the Marketing Services Division as a Field Advertising Representative. Tom is an Illinois Licensed Real Estate Managing Broker and has been a member of the Commercial Office Leasing Brokers Association (COLBA) and the Commercial Real Estate Organization (CREO). Tom resides in Glenview, Illinois with his wife Katie and their four children, Matthew, Patrick, John and Molly.
