Tom Ryan, Vice President, is actively engaged in the capital markets with over 20 years of experience in advising clients and originating commercial real estate financing solutions. Always with the goal of identifying the most efficient and cost-effective solution available to best meet a clients short- or long-range goals.
Solutions range from first mortgage debt placements to more complicated structured finance transactions involving debt, equity and/or mezzanine financing.
Our institutional capital sources are broad, deep and include the GSE Agency lenders, Life Insurance Companies, Investment Banks, Pension Funds, Debt Funds, Equity Funds, and Commercial Banks large and small.
Mr. Ryan's clients rely on him for sage advice and creative solutions to actively originate debt and/or equity at the best available terms from reliable and institutional sources of capital. He believes in consistent communication from underwriting to origination & negotiated terms to final closing of the transaction for an effective execution. He has closed on numerous property types including industrial, retail, office, medical office, multi-family, and senior housing.
