Representing both owners and users, Tom has consummated over 1,925 sale and lease transactions – valued in excess of $695 million. Specializing in building sales and leasing, land sales and leasing, build-to-suit, ground up development, and asset repositioning, Tom’s vast knowledge and experience serves clients in caliber and value.
Representing clients locally, nationally as well as globally, Tom’s market knowledge, coupled with CBRE’s vast network – allots for his intercontinental success. Regardless of size, Tom’s dedication, thoroughness and client-centric approach remains the same.
