Tom Knecht is a Vice President in the Portland office with Colliers International and has been servicing clients in the leasing and sales of industrial properties for over 8 years. Tom represents users and investors both locally and nationally in the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of industrial properties primarily consisting of warehouses, manufacturing facilities, truck terminals, outdoor storage properties, and industrial land.

Tom is recognized for his overall market knowledge, work ethic, communication skills, tenacity, and passion for the industry. Tom’s goal is to make the transaction process smooth while providing optimal service to deliver solutions meeting his client’s business goals.

Tom and his team have the ability to service clients from the land acquisition, development, lease up, and disposition via capital markets through their full-service platform. Having a vast knowledge of the principal/asset management side, Tom is also able to provide invaluable service to corporate clients in lease and sale negotiations.
