Bio
Tom Keating is a Vice President with the Debt and Structured Finance Group of CBRE's Capital Markets division. Mr. Keating is primarily responsible for originating debt transactions for the CBRE platform nationally. During the course of his early career, Mr. Keating has been involved in the origination, underwriting, structuring and closing of over 140 transactions totaling more than $200 million.
