Bio
Tom Goodsite is a Managing Director with PGIM Real Estate. In this role, he is responsible for covering direct lending relationships in the eastern and southern regions of the United States, all major capital sources, including portfolio, Fannie Mae DUS®, Freddie Mac and the company's Senior Living lending program nationwide. Tom is located in Atlanta. Tom has more than 30 years of commercial real estate finance experience. He joined the company in 1987, and progressed through a series of roles before becoming a managing director in 2012. Since moving into a national accounts role in 2002, he has originated and closed on more than $23 billion worth of multifamily, conventional commercial loans and commercial construction-to-perm loans across all asset classes, including senior living. Tom has worked in central credit and underwriting as well as on the equity and development side. His career includes positions in the Prudential Realty Group. Tom received his Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University, and earned his Master of Business Administration degree from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation. Tom is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the International Council of Shopping Centers, the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care (NIC). He is a member of the Executive Board of ASHA (American Senior Housing Association).
