Career summary
Tom is a director in the San Francisco office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas, where he focuses on debt originations, structured financings and joint venture equity placements. Tom has 12 years of experience in the commercial real estate finance industry.
He began his career at Countrywide Commercial Real Estate Finance in the CMBS group. Following his time at Countrywide, he worked in originations at Regions Bank, where he focused on construction financing for large national developers throughout the Southwest region. From there, Tom joined MidFirst Bank, one of the largest privately held banks in the United States, where he focused on bridge and construction lending. Immediately prior to joining JLL, he led the origination team at Plum Lending, a boutique commercial mortgage banking firm headquartered in San Francisco. Tom received his B.B.A. from the University of Oklahoma.
