Bio

Tom joined Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services in 2019, with 18 years experience as a commercial broker in the real estate industry.

 

During his career, Tom has focused primarily on investment sales and leasing in the office sector. Due to his in-depth knowledge of commercial real estate and his reputation for service excellence, Tom has been involved in a diverse mix of sale and development opportunities, including over 30 downtown Tacoma properties. Additionally, he had the unique experience of taking DuPont's 1,000-acre Northwest Landing Master Planned Community from entitlement through land sales, development, and leasing.

 

Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Tom spent 9 years with Neil Walter Company , and also 9 years with Colliers International, where he was consistently awarded as one of Colliers International "Northwest Top Performers". Tom spent 25 previous years in the commercial furniture industry, twelve of which as owner and operator of Executive Suites Commercial Office Furniture. He was recognized as a top commercial furniture specialist in space planning, design, and supply.
