Tom Boonyasai

R. Tom Boonyasai is a Vice President at Wafra, responsible for the asset management of Wafra real estate investments located in the U.S. and Canada across different funds. Mr. Boonyasai joined Wafra in 2019.

Previously, Mr. Boonyasai was responsible for overseeing a mix of multifamily and commercial assets at Silverstein Properties, and prior to that, he focused on acquisitions at AXA Real Estate and Jonathan Rose Companies.

Mr. Boonyasai earned a BA in Economics from New York University, graduating magna cum laude, and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. He is a member of the Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center.
