With over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry, Mr. Bass has a diverse background in commercial real estate loan origination and underwriting. At Cushman & Wakefield, he is responsible for assisting clients, including government sponsored enterprises, banks, mortgage bankers, REITs, insurance companies, and government agencies with the evaluation of existing commercial real estate owned, real estate for acquisition, real estate debt origination and securitization, real estate loss sharing analysis, and ongoing surveillance. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Bass held positions at FDIC, Helix, MortgageRamp, Fremont, Mass Mutual, Northwestern Mutual, and MONY.
