Tom has advised tenants and owners of commercial real estate for 24 years. He has completed transactions in 41 states during his career and managed over $1 billion in sales and leasing volume. His sales and leasing volume averages $75 million per year. Tom specializes in tenant, landlord, buyer, and seller representation in the St. Louis office market, with resources to provide these consultative services to his clients both nationally and globally. He has consistently been recognized as a “Heavy Hitter in Commercial Real Estate” by the St. Louis Business Journal.
