Bio
Todd Trehubenko has over 25 years of experience in financing and structuring complex apartment transactions, with a strong emphasis on affordable and mixed-income housing. Over the course of his career, he has personally arranged nearly 200 transactions through a wide variety of capital sources, including FHA, the GSEs, banks, life companies and state housing finance agencies.
Todd has held senior executive positions at multifamily lenders Walker & Dunlop and CWCapital and previously was CEO of Recap Real Estate Advisors, a nationally-recognized provider of advisory and transaction services for multifamily housing. He has also twice worked for HUD, beginning his career as a specialist in FHA-insured apartment financing and then later accepting a special senior executive appointment to advise HUD's Office of Sustainable Housing and Communities on its Landmark Retrofit Initiative in New York City. He is a member of the New York Housing Conference Advisory Board and Fannie Mae's Green Rental Housing Task Force.
