Todd Parker

Since 2016, Todd Parker has led the team in expanding Hillwood’s industrial business in markets across the Southeast region of the U.S., including Atlanta, Greenville, and Raleigh.

Todd has developed a profound business perspective through 20 years of experience in various development, asset management, and leasing roles in the industry. Throughout his career, he has been directly involved in real estate transactions valued at approximately $1.3 billion.

Todd holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from Emory University and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Tulane University.
