A 25-year veteran of the real estate industry, Todd Pardon is currently Managing Director of Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) and Alliance Director for the Comerica Bank Account. Todd provides top-tier market intelligence, consulting, planning, site selection and asset strategies for global clientele. He is responsible for leading over 100 professionals and directly managing all aspects of service lines for GWS, including Enterprise Facilities Management, Project Management, Advisory & Transaction Services and Management Consulting. His initiatives include executing National Real Estate Strategic Plans, Managing Portfolio IQ Analysis, Risk Management and developing Alternative Work Solutions Program/Metro Strategies.
Previously, Todd directed CBRE’s Assets Services Business in Southeast Michigan where he was responsible Leasing, Property Management, Technical Services and Project Management for a variety of private and public sector investors. Notably, Todd led CBRE’s largest and most complex Asset Services project, and one of the foremost mixed-use projects in the world - GM Renaissance Center, a 10MSF “City within a City” spanning Detroit’s international waterfront.
Throughout his career, Todd has served as a strategic advisor to many developers, owners and Fortune 500 Corporations. Todd joined CBRE from Real Estate Development and Investment Corporation (REDICO) where he directed operations and served as President of various subsidiaries. Todd was also Senior Vice President of Property Management, Leasing and Construction for a diverse 20 million SF international portfolio.
Prior to relocating to the Midwest, Todd was Senior Director of Advantis GVA’s Owner Services Practice based in Atlanta, GA. He also served as Managing Director of Asset Services for CBRE’s Southeast Region and Regional Vice President for Prentiss Properties.
