Todd Paradis

Based in Grandbridge's Chicago office, Todd's primary responsibilities include structuring, underwriting and closing fixed and floating rate permanent and bridge loans on seniors housing and healthcare financing throughout the U.S.

Prior to joining Grandbridge's Seniors Housing and Healthcare Finance Team, Todd was a senior member of BB&T Real Estate Funding's loan origination team. His background includes the construction lending division of Capmark Bank/Capmark Finance Inc., and predecessors, GMAC Commercial Mortgage Bank and GMAC Commercial Mortgage Corporation. As a senior team member, Todd was responsible for due diligence review, closing construction loans, monitoring construction progress through completion of construction and asset management upon completion of construction for all asset types. In addition he was responsible for managing lending partners on syndicated loans and a team of portfolio managers. He also had responsibility for loan modifications and workouts during the downturn in the economy.
