Todd Nordblom

Todd is a Partner and member of the Executive Team at Nordblom Company where he is responsible for all facets of the company’s deal sourcing. As such, he co-manages the capital relations and also oversees marketing. His experience also includes the comprehensive permitting, design, construction, and leasing of the company’s recent urban and suburban residential developments. Recent projects include 500 apartment units in Boston, MA, Burlington, MA, and Providence, RI. Prior to joining Nordblom, Todd worked as a Business Development Manager for technology start-ups in New York and New England while founding and directing the country’s top ranked professional development cycling team. He is a graduate of Holderness School and Colorado College.
