Bio
Todd is involved in Marcus Partners’ industrial acquisitions strategy in Metro New York which also includes New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He is responsible for sourcing and leasing industrial assets including both existing assets and development opportunities in the Tri-State area.
Todd joined Marcus Partners from Venture One Realty where he served as Market Officer for the New Jersey, Long Island and Philadelphia markets. Todd has been an active participant in this market for over 11 years with acquisitions and leases totaling over 3 million square feet.
Todd received a B.A. from University of Pennsylvania and is a licensed real estate salesperson.
