Since 2005 Todd has lead a team which has successfully closed transactions consisting of more than $5 billion in total consideration. He has been awarded multiple awards such as "Top Producer" for Central Texas for the last 17 years and was recognized as a National "Top 100 Sale Professionals" in 2005, 2007, 2012 and 2013. In 2014, Todd's Team closed the largest single asset sale in both Austin and San Antonio.
