Bio
I am an attorney, dogged pursuer of entitlements, real estate generalist and fortunate husband and father of four great kids. We are doing exciting work at Benderson. We're home to UTC, a mixed use development with 3+ million SF of retail standing. We built Nathan Benderson Park next door and started up the non-profits that support the Park. And we focus on the details and small things at Benderson with equal vigor, from re-anchors and new outparcels to better roads and wider sidewalks. Before joining Benderson, I was an attorney in private practice doing the exact same thing for a range of developers, large and small, public and private.
