Todd Malligan

Todd has more than 21 years of diversified real estate experience, including real estate development, general contracting and design & construction oversight for projects tallying over 10 million square feet. At The Goldenberg Group, Todd is responsible primarily for development, entitlements and construction of large scale ground up urban, mixed use projects. Through his career, Todd held leadership positions within both construction and development companies, including Clark Construction Group, Clark Realty Capital and Grasso Holdings. He has managed projects in a wide range of asset classes including high-rise residential, large-scale urban mixed use, hotel, medical, office, and retail projects. His high-profile projects include 1213 Walnut Street, The St. James high-rise apartments in Philadelphia, 245 Tenth Avenue condo project (NYC High Line), and 1601 Vine Street (a once-proposed one million square foot hotel, residential and retail project). Todd graduated from Bucknell University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He and his wife, Gina, and son Ryan live in Media, PA. Todd enjoys fitness, reading and spending quality time with his family and friends.
