Todd Johnson

Todd Johnson is a Partner at Newcastle Partners and serves as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Newcastle, Mr. Johnson was a Controller at Bristol Group, a privately held San Francisco based real estate investment and development firm. During his tenure there, Mr. Johnson was primarily responsible for managing the financial control and reporting of a portfolio of real estate properties. Prior to that, Mr. Johnson worked with BRE Properties, a multi-family REIT headquartered in San Francisco. In addition to his real estate experience, Mr. Johnson has worked in venture capital and public accounting. Mr. Johnson earned a Bachelors in Business Administration and English with Honors from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California (inactive), and is a member of the Urban Land Institute. Additionally, he holds his Real Estate Broker License in the State of California.
