Todd Fletcher co-founded Newmark's Manufactured Housing group with Andrew Shih in 2009 and since inception, this team has brokered over 130 deals totaling approximately $1.05 billion. A member of the Manufactured Housing Institute (MHI), Mr. Fletcher's team has been awarded the MHI Broker of the Year for the last six years (2013-2018).

Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Fletcher worked in asset management with RREEF in Chicago, Illinois. In 2004 he entered the manufactured housing sector with Hometown America gaining significant transaction experience by working in acquisitions, dispositions and capital markets. He later worked with Stockbridge Real Estate Funds where he learned the limited equity partner side of the business and helped with the creation of Yes! Communities.

Education

Mr. Fletcher earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder where he was the captain and coach of the Freestyle Ski Team.
