Bio
Todd Feldman is a founding Principal at Avo Capital Partners. Todd is involved in all aspects of the firm’s initiatives and operations, with primary responsibilities including investment strategy, financial structuring and underwriting, due diligence and execution, joint-venture negotiations, and investor relations.
Prior to forming Avo with Justin in 2019, Todd led real estate and corporate finance transactions, including growth equity, buyouts, portfolio recapitalizations, and GP sponsor equity investments on behalf of TriPost Capital Partners, where he was primarily responsible for investment procurement and transaction underwriting for all property types. Prior to joining TriPost, Todd worked for Prudential, where he was responsible for transaction underwriting and due diligence of commercial real estate.
Todd has invested with some of the largest multifamily developers across the country and has been directly involved in over $3.2 billion of real estate development and acquisition transactions across the following sectors: Multifamily (60,000+ units), Student Housing (25,000+ beds), Industrial (40,000,000+ square feet), Office (700,000+ square feet), and Medical Office (3,000,000+ square feet). Todd has extensive experience investing on behalf of high-net-worth individuals and family offices, private equity firms, hedge funds, and other institutional capital sources.
Todd graduated from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration with a Bachelor of Science, a minor in Real Estate Finance and a concentration in Law.
