Todd Elfand joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2011. Based in the firm’s Iselin/Metropark, New Jersey office he specializes in office leasing for tenants and landlords. Todd was nominated by the National Association of Industrial & Office Parks (NAIOP) for the Most Creative Deal of the Year Award for the disposition and sale of the former Merrill Lynch Headquarters in Hopewell, NJ consisting of 1.4 million square feet, the largest sale transaction in New Jersey’s history.

Currently, Todd is a member of the Cushman & Wakefield Tenant Advisory Group as well as the Legal Sector Advisory Group.

Todd was formerly with Jones Lang LaSalle and Newmark Knight Frank. Prior to his career in real estate, Todd was the President and CEO of Elfand Search and Consulting, a staffing company which specialized in placing pharmaceutical and laboratory professionals.
