Todd is a partner at Insight Property Group. He graduated with honors from North Carolina State University in 1997 and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Additionally, he holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Wake Forest University School of Law and was actively engaged in practicing law. His primary areas of concentration were in commercial real estate, land use and finance. He has been active in commercial and investment real estate brokerage and development primarily in the Triangle Area. Todd has been involved in all types of real estate transactions that have ranged in size from $155,00.00 to over $24,000,000.00. He is licensed to practice real estate in North Carolina.
