Toby Rogers

Toby began his career at Hillwood in 2008. During his 16 years in the commercial real estate business, Toby has been responsible for over 270 lease transactions, totaling over 37 million square feet, acquired over 825 acres of developable land, and overseen more than 24 million square feet of speculative and build-to-suit developments, building acquisitions and dispositions. In total, the above deals represent over $2.2 billion in transaction value. Toby is currently responsible for land and building acquisitions, joint ventures, development and leasing in the Texas markets.

Toby began his real estate career with Trammell Crow Company, where he spent over five years on the industrial leasing and development side of the business.

Toby received his MBA from the University of Virginia, Darden Graduate School of Business, a Master of Science in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University, and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Texas Tech University.
