Bio
T.J. Peterson is an investment sales analyst on the 35‐member South Florida team led by Robert Given. The team focuses on institutional multifamily sales, land development sales, structured equity finance, and private capital sales throughout the State of Florida. Prior to joining CBRE, T.J. worked as a research analyst with Robert Given’s team at Cushman and Wakefield, starting in 2022.
T.J. graduated from New York University in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in media studies. His background in marketing includes time as the marketing coordinator for Oz Moving in New York, and marketing chair for the NYU Program Board.
