TJ Costen

TJ Costen is the Founder and President of Hickory Real Estate Partners in Atlanta, GA where he leads the direction and overall strategy of the company.

Over his career, TJ has executed more than thirty-five (35) transactions as a principal, directly sourcing, managing and disposing of over $300M of real estate. Leveraging deep relationships, identifying unique opportunities and acting with conviction, TJ has invested substantially alongside his Partners in every transaction and continues to take the unique approach of placing an outsized amount of his own capital in each deal.

TJ started his career in New York City where he was a part of the debt origination platform at Cantor Fitzgerald, LP, a boutique Investment Bank specializing in institutional debt, equity and fixed income sales and trading across the middle market. TJ is a graduate of The University of South Carolina where he majored in Finance and played on the Baseball team.
