Timothy C Sullivan

Tim Sullivan joined Merlone Geier Partners in 2013. His primary responsibilities are acquisitions and dispositions in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest, as well as coordinating the due diligence process and transition of acquisitions into Merlone Geier’s platform. From 2013 to 2016, Mr. Sullivan worked on the Portfolio Management team where he was responsible for asset-level decision analysis, fund-level performance and corporate level operations. Prior to joining Merlone Geier, Mr. Sullivan held multiple roles at Developers Diversified Realty. From 2007 to 2010, he served as Asset Manager – International, managing aspects of the company’s investment in Brazil. From 2006 to 2007, he was a New Business Development Manager, responsible for specialty leasing initiatives at the company’s northeast properties. Prior to his time at Developers Diversified Realty, Mr. Sullivan spent two seasons playing professional basketball in Ireland’s Superleague and one year coaching basketball at Williams College. Mr. Sullivan graduated from Colgate University in 2003. He later received his MBA degree from The Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. Mr. Sullivan is an active participant in the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is resident in the firm’s San Diego office.
