Tim Shields

Timothy Shields is Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Asset Management and is responsible for capital sourcing, acquisitions and dispositions and various asset management assignments. Tim has 24 years of experience in Real Estate. Prior to joining M & J Wilkow, he worked as Senior Vice President for Ricker Murphy Development, where he was responsible for development, financing and asset management services for an extensive portfolio of properties. Tim received a BS in Accounting from Xavier University. He is a member of multiple real estate associations in Chicago as well as other markets.
