For seventeen years, Mr. Perry served as Vice President of Leasing and Development with Duke Realty Corporation responsible for Central Florida. During this time, Tim oversaw the Central Florida portfolio (Orlando and Tampa) consisting of approximately 5 million square feet with responsibilities including: site selection, acquisitions, development, built-to-suits, financial analysis, leasing and dispositions. Tim lead the team through a significant period of growth focusing on expanding the portfolio, same store growth and tenant retention.

Tim graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate. He currently serves on the board of directors for NAIOP Central Florida where he was President in 2021. Tim holds designations from CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors). Tim enjoys ultra-endurance activities and has completed over 25 marathons and various cycling events.
