Bio

Mr. Meyer previously served as both Senior Vice President and Vice President of Field Services at Altisource. He was responsible for product management and strategy, client development, performance, management and reporting and oversight of operations for the property management of residential portfolios. Prior to Altisource, Mr. Meyer served as Of Counsel at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough where he provided real estate and corporate legal counsel with a focus on health care facilities and operators and as Counsel for Welltower, Inc. (f.k.a. Health Care REIT, Inc.) where he served as lead counsel for the company’s Medical Facilities Group and as a member of the Investment Committee where he negotiated, structured and closed over $2 billion of transactions. Prior to Welltower, Mr. Meyer was an associate at Stites & Harbison PLLC where he provided real estate and corporate legal counsel with a focus on health care facilities and operators and served as Associate Counsel at Windrose Medical Properties Trust where he provided real estate and corporate legal counsel and financial analysis and modeling through all aspects of the acquisition, development, leasing and property management of medical offices, surgery centers, specialty hospitals and clinics. Mr. Meyer holds a Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School, a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Vanderbilt University Owen Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
